Keto-Friendly Caesar Dressing
Ingredients
- 3 cloves Garlics, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Anchovy Paste
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 large Lemon, juiced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 3/4 Mayonnaise
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a large jar or mixing bowl, whisk together the garlic, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and dijon mustard.
- Mix in the mayo, then whisk again until everything is completely combined.
- Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
