Keto Poori
Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 cup Whey Protein Isolate
- 3 tablespoons Plain Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil, for frying
- Salt
Directions
- Mix all of the ingredients (except the oil) in a large bowl to create a dough. The consistency of the dough will be quite sticky. If the dough feels too hard, add a little water. Place into the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Make 1-2 inch balls and roll in your hand, adding a bit of flour if needed. Then, flatten with your hands to create tortilla looking shapes.
- Heat the oil in a large pan and drop the poori into the oil.
- Cook until each side are light brown in color.
- Drain on a piece of paper towel before serving.
